Roman Kryvosheyev has an extensive experience in managing financial and consulting companies. Mr. Kryvosheyev specialises in business development; development and implementation of project management systems; organisation of strategic planning and management for companies; establishment of companies’ organisational structure; formalisation and improvement of business processes; implementation of quality control and personnel management systems. He is currently managing the development of a corporate client network. Roman is also experienced in arranging business processes in various spheres of business activity, business development in new territories, as well as establishment of a network of branches and representative offices. Roman’s professional qualification is confirmed by the EOQ – European Organization for Quality (certificate of Quality Systems Manager ISO 9000:2000). Languages: Russian, English. |
