Elena has a vast experience in project management. Her core competencies are business process description, optimization and automation as well as training of the company’s employees on project management principles.
Elena has implemented customer relationship management (CRM) system which is being upgraded and improved constantly.
In her work Elena follows the international standard of project management PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge). Applying the principles of strategic planning, Elena improves the organizational structure, manages business process formalization and re-engineering and implementation of a quality management system.
Ms Malevanaya is also competent in integrity check of the firm, assessment of goodwill, credit policy, payment discipline, financial position of the company. Besides, Elena has experience in attracting trade finance through export insurance by international export credit agencies.
