Elena Malevanaya has extensive experience in managing international export insurance transaction structuring projects and optimizing the corporate structures for large holding entities.

To implement the best global business practices, Elena specializes in the development of project management internal system based on PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), as well as implementing the automated system for managing companies clients’ relationships (CRM).

Among the projects implemented by Elena in the areas of wholesale trade, construction and information technologies, at least 10 successful projects are related to strategic business management. They include complex reengineering of business processes and quality management system implementation, which allowed the company to move to a new level.
