Restructuring & Mediation

In the context of developing economic freedom and business cooperation, parties to legal relationships are increasingly interested in flexible and efficient forms of settling controversies rather than long and expensive judicial procedure. The alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is this procedure the parties desperately need to resolve the dispute efficiently in terms of time and finances saving.

Mediation

Mediation is one of the ways to accomplish alternative dispute resolution enabling to meet interests and needs of all parties involved in the conflict by engaging an intermediary party (mediator).

Restructuring

In modern context, the term “restructuring” is used in two meanings: restructuring of obligations, indebtedness which may signify any change in repayment conditions and business restructuring which is a number actions and structural transformations undertaken in order to let the company overcome the crisis situation, ensure its profitable operation and attain the full performance under its obligations to the counterparties.
