• Developing contractual arrangements for operations of companies engaged in the production, processing, storage, transportation, and sale of oil and gas, including under transnational projects, developing transaction schemes and following up on their performance, drafting agreements for, inter alia, rendering works and services, joint venture, management, and supply, and drafting agreements for securing counterparties’ performance under their respective obligations
• Structuring schemes for investing into the oil and gas industry, providing legal support for projects to be implemented in the oil and gas industry
• Developing optimum forms of projects financing in the oil and gas industry

Licensing and obtaining permits related to development, production, processing, transportation, distribution and sale of oil and gas and construction of oil and gas facilities:

• Consultancy and legal support for obtaining permits (special permits to use subsoil) and licenses as related to development, production, processing, transportation, distribution, and sale of oil and gas and construction licenses for building oil and gas facilities
• Preparing documentation required for participation in tenders held to award permits to use oil and gas subsoil, preparing sets of documents required to obtain the permits and licenses related to development, production, processing, transportation, distribution, and sale of oil and gas and construction of oil and gas facilities

Advising and drafting documents related to environmental safety measures to be implemented while carrying out business in the oil and gas industry, advising on surveying and prospecting operations.

• Advising on environmental rules and standards, land and environment pollution, industrial pollution, and waste recycling
• Drafting documents related to environmental safety measures to be implemented while carrying out business in the oil and gas industry
• Supporting ecological purification projects in accordance with the schemes prescribed by laws
• Advising on surveying and prospecting operations
• Due diligence of companies engaged in development, production, processing, transportation, distribution, and sale of oil and gas, and construction of oil and gas facilities, structuring and supporting M&A transactions

Legal due diligence of companies engaged in development, production, processing, transportation, distribution, and sale of oil and gas, and construction of oil and gas facilities under specific instruction of the purchaser or the seller for identifying risks, the share price adjustment factors; and developing recommendations to minimize risks   

• Structuring M&A transactions, transactions for purchasing fixed assets, integral property complexes in accordance with applicable laws, support for obtaining permits from public and governmental authorities for entering into and closing M&A transactions (the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, etc.)
• Supporting transactions involving privatization of oil and gas companies.
