Our clients also come to us with questions concerning interaction with regulatory state authorities, etc.
Our clients’ questions are most often related to the need to solve problems concerning avoidance of legislative violations, protection of the rights and interests of employers as well as minimization of the risks of possible lawsuits from the former employees.
Resolution of such problems helps our clients to minimize the risks of application of sanctions by the regulatory authorities, disclosure of confidential information by employees, “misappropriation” of the title to an intellectual property item belonging to the employing company.
