International law firm Integrites acting as a legal adviser to Hanwha Corp, one of the largest business conglomerate in South Korea, representing the interests of company in local disputes with contractors in the CIS.
In particular, ILF Integrites represents Hanwha Corp on several fronts including projects under the pre-trial settlement of disputes with Russian distributor of high-tech systems for agriculture and one of the largest Belorussian furniture manufacturer. The subject of disputes was the failure to fulfill contractual obligations by counterparties.
