INTEGRITES is happy to announce joining of Ekaterina Rudova as a Partner of the firm’s Moscow office, responsible for corporate law and M&A.
In INTEGRITES she will primarily focus on support of major international businesses in their business activity in Russia and the CIS, advice to private equity and venture capital funds, assist with fulfillment of large-scale privatization and reorganization projects for key Russian enterprises, including public joint stock companies.
Prior to joining INTEGRITES Ekaterina worked as senior associate in Dentons and as principal associate and head of Moscow corporate practice group of the Russian law firm Capital Legal Services.
Ekaterina has over 15 years of practical experience in representing major international and Russian companies in the area of corporate and regulatory law, cross-border M&A transactions, anticorruption law and general commercial law. She has worked on many landmark M&A transactions in the area of heavy engineering, real estate and construction, energy, agriculture, transport, IT, and other sectors of economy, in collaboration with clients, colleagues and contractors from Europe, USA, Asia and Africa.
Specifically, Ekaterina’s experience includes work on structuring finance and M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation for international institutions, venture funds, private equity funds and other investors.
Ekaterina is extensively involved in supporting foreign investors in day-to-day operations of their Russian subsidiaries and joint ventures. She advises on commercial contracts, capital increases, including issuances of new shares and their registration with the Russian Central Bank, corporate compliance and mandatory reporting, reorganizations and restructuring, mandatory offer and buy-out issues, share and asset acquisitions, joint venture and corporate conflicts matters.
