This has exerted a considerable impact on international trade, investment, project financing, construction, credit accommodation, insurance and other sectors. Taking into consideration significance of these issues, the firm decided to allocate a separate practice for restructuring projects and alternative dispute resolution and to create the department of Mediation and Restructuring".
