INTEGRITES is happy to announce joining of Ekaterina Rudova as a Partner of the firm’s Moscow office, responsible for corporate law and M&A.
In INTEGRITES she will primarily focus on support of major international companies in their business activity in Russia and the CIS, advise private equity and venture capital funds, and assist with fulfillment of large-scale privatization and reorganization projects for key Russian enterprises, including public joint-stock companies.
Prior to joining INTEGRITES Ekaterina worked as a senior associate in Dentons and as a principal associate and head of Moscow corporate practice group of the Russian law firm Capital Legal Services.
Ekaterina has over 15 years of practical experience in representing major international and Russian companies in the area of corporate and regulatory law, cross-border M&A transactions, anticorruption law and general commercial law. She has worked on many landmark M&A transactions in the area of agribusiness, heavy engineering, real estate and construction, energy, transport, and IT.
