Ruslan Bernatsky is leaving INTEGRITES, the team continues as IMPACTA LAW

After twenty years of dedicated service as a co-founding partner, Ruslan Bernatsky is stepping down from his role at INTEGRITES. He will be pursuing his own professional path and exploring new ventures with IC Partners, an investment firm he established earlier this year.

The team of INTEGRITES starts a new path under the brand IMPACTA LAW.

At IMPACTA LAW, the team will advise national and international clients in Ukraine with a focus on Energy, Defence, Infrastructure, Agriculture, Pharma and other sectors, which have been fuelling Ukraine’s economy. 

We are excited to introduce IMPACTA LAW and will be delighted to continue our cooperation with clients and partners. We expect to complete the transition by 31 December 2025.
