Olena Perepelynska, partner and head of CIS Arbitration practice at INTEGRITES, contributed a chapter on Ukraine to the book dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the New York Convention “Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards in Russia and the Former CIS Countries”, published by the Arbitration Association (RAA).

Being co-authored by 73 contributors, the book provides a detailed review of the legislation and arbitration practice in the countries of the former USSR.

In the chapter on Ukraine, Olena Perepelynska presented a comprehensive analysis of the Ukrainian arbitration law and court practice on matters in international arbitration.

 Olena Perepelynska is partner and head of the CIS Arbitration Practice at INTEGRITES, lawyer with over 16 years of experience in international commercial arbitration, Board member of the Russian Arbitration Association. Since 2003, Perepelynska has acted as an arbitrator and party-representative in more than 115 arbitrations under the Arbitration Rules of the ICC, LCIA, SCC, SCAI, ICAC at CCIRF, ICAC and MAC at UCCI, IAC at the BelCCI, GAFTA, FOSFA, LMAA, UNCITRAL, and others.
