Oleksandr Onishchenko has over 20 years of experience in litigation. He specializes in civil, commercial and administrative law.
He gained a lot of experience, advising on major litigations in the areas of oil processing, aviation, retail and machine engineering. A significant part of his cases are related to debt recovery, recognition of a transaction void and bankruptcy.
Taking into consideration his broad practical activity and experience, Oleksandr was elected chairman and deputy chairman of the Civil Law Committee at the Ukrainian Bar Association for several years in a row. Oleksandr is still actively involved in the work of UBA committees on civil and procedural law.
Oleksandr is an author of numerous publications on controversial issues in the area of commercial and administrative law and procedure.

Oleksandr Onishchenko began his professional career at Most Corporation in Kharkiv as a lawyer. He later continued his career at oil trading companies in Kyiv: UkrExImNaftoprodukt and UkrExImNaftoprodukt Trading House.
Before joining INTEGRITES team, Oleksandr worked as a partner for 14 years and, later, managing partner at Pravochyn Attorneys at Law Company.
