Oleksandr Onishchenko has more than 20 years of experience in litigation. He specializes in civil, commercial and administrative law.
He is particularly strong in representing interests of companies operating in the areas of oil processing, aviation, retail and machine engineering. A significant part of his projects relates to debt recovery, invalidation of transactions and contracts in court, and bankruptcy.
Oleksandr Onishchenko takes an active part in policy making. He contributed to drafting regulations shaping the public policy of Ukraine in transport infrastructure, including the draft law on airports in parts on the land use, infrastructure development, lease, as well as a number of state regulations on fees and charges in aviation.

The early professional career of Oleksandr Onishchenko includes working as a lawyer in a construction corporation and in an oil trading company. For 14 years he worked as a partner and later as a Managing Partner at “Pravochyn” Attorneys-at-Law Company. In 2018, he joined INTEGRITES as partner and head of Domestic Litigation.
Oleksandr is an author of numerous publications in various Ukrainian media and a highly welcomed speaker at professional and business events related to commercial and administrative law and procedure.
