Representative projects

  • Successfully represented Ukrkhimtransamiak in ICAC (Kyiv) arbitral proceedings against Togliattiazot with over USD 190 million at stake. She prevailed on both the main claim and the counterclaim.
  • Successfully represented the UK-based Jereh’s exclusive official dealer for Ukraine – MOSTON Properties Limited – in a USD 8 million LCIA arbitration against the largest gas production company in Ukraine PJSC UkrGasVydobuvannya. She prevailed on both the main claim and the counterclaim. Later on, she successfully represented the client before the Ukrainian courts of all instances in recognition and enforcement proceedings.
  • Successfully represented one of the leading Ukrainian steel works in USD 1,5 million arbitration against the Russian buyer under the Swiss rules. The tribunal granted 100% claims of her client and rejected all respondent’s objections regarding reduction of penalties.
  • Successfully represented the Swiss grain trader in GAFTA arbitration against another Swiss grain trader, where she has prevailed on damages claim. As a result, the defeated debtor has voluntarily paid the awarded amount to her client.
  • Advised the party on Ukrainian law issues in the USD 2 billion litigation before the High Court of London.
  • Advised a Swiss grain trader regarding fraud and conspiracy litigation in Cyprus against the Ukrainian agricultural group and its UBO.

  • Successfully represented one of the leading Ukrainian steel works in USD 1,5 million arbitration against the Russian buyer under the Swiss rules. The tribunal granted 100% claims of her client, and rejected all respondent’s objections regarding reduction of penalties. 
  • Successfully represented the leading steel plant in Ukraine in USD 80 million at stake multi-party SCC arbitration, initiated by a foreign steel trader. The initial penalty claims against her client were reduced by over 70%.
  • Successfully represented the leading steel plant in Ukraine in a multimillion multi-party LCIA arbitration arising out of the loan agreement. She has prevailed on a defence of limitation having proved that part of the claim was barred. As a result, the tribunal reduced the amount of the claim by USD 7 mln. 
  • Successfully represented the Swiss grain trader in GAFTA arbitration against another Swiss grain trader, where she has prevailed on damages claim. As a result, the defeated debtor has voluntarily paid the awarded amount to her client. 
  • Successfully represented the oil trader in ICAC (Russia) arbitration initiated by a Russian oil giant. The case was settled to the benefit of her client. 
  • Represented the leading steel plant in Ukraine in USD 180 million at stake ICC arbitration against the Cyprus creditor. 
  • Represented a Belarussian company before the Ukrainian courts on recognition and enforcement of the Belarussian economic court judgement on the territory of Ukraine. 
  • Advised one of the largest supermarket chains in Ukraine in USD 25 million litigation in Cyprus and Ukraine, which was settled for the benefit of her client.
  • Advised the party on Ukrainian law issues in the USD 2 billion litigation before the High Court of London. 
  • Advised a Ukrainian company on USD 40 million litigation in Cyprus.   
  • Advised a shareholder of a leading Ukrainian agricultural company regarding litigation in the BVI with over USD 20 million at stake. The dispute was settled to the benefit of her client.
  • Advised a Swiss grain trader regarding fraud and conspiracy litigation in Cyprus against the Ukrainian agricultural group and its UBO.
  • Represented a Swiss company in a USD 55 million ECHR proceedings.
  • Acted as arbitrator in ICC arbitration between a European banking institution and a Central Asian company.
  • Acted as arbitrator in construction arbitration under the Rules of the IAC at BelCCI between Balkan and Belorussian parties.
