Pavlo Loginov, Counsel of Antitrust and Competition Law Practice, a lawyer with more than 9 years of professional experience. He focuses on the practice of developing international cooperation of the firm, advising international corporations, investment funds on various issues in the field of competition and antitrust law, including issues of the creation and functioning of joint ventures, international and national economic concentration, abuse of monopoly status and issues related to unfair competition.
Pavlo Loginov studied law at the National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv (Bachelor of Law with honors, Master of Law), 2006.
Pavlo has extensive experience in representing clients’ interests before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in the process of obtaining permits for economic concentration, as well as investigations in various markets.
The list of clients also includes Burisma Holdings, Rusal, New Mail, CRH Ukraine Ltd., Ergopaq, AtlasJet, NovoNordisk and many others.

· advising Turkish Airlines during the investigation on the Ukrainian aviation market conducted by the AMCU;
· acting as a legal counsel to Panasonic in order to protect its rights violated with the unauthorized usage of the Client's trademark by its competitor;
