Associate (Corporate, M&A, Employment)
KyivINTEGRITES is looking for a talented and motivated associate to join our Corporate, M&A, Employment team
Key Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with a Ukrainian or international law firm
- Degree in law; LL.M from a foreign school would be an advantage
- Fluent English and Ukrainian; German or French would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and research skills, legal writing proficiency
- Client-focused attitude, ability to effectively multitask
- Intention to build a legal career in the long run
Main responsibilities
- Assisting the team with the ongoing client work
- Interaction with state registrars and other authorities, organization of work with notaries
- Analysis of legal due diligence documents
- Legal research and drafting (reports, legal opinions)
- Participation in cross-practice projects
