KEY DUTIES:

• Advise the Firm's clients on a wide range of matters in the areas of corporate M&A (including corporate management, direct reorganization, privatization, direct investments market, joint ventures, etc.)
• Draft and revise various types of legal documents in English, Ukrainian and/or Russian languages
• Participate in due diligence processes, draft due diligence reports
• Participate in negotiations
• Perform other assignments upon instructions of the supervisor and/or the clients' requests

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in Law from a reputable Ukrainian university, foreign LL.M. degree is an advantage
• 3 + years of experience as an associate with an international or a leading Ukrainian law firm (Corporate and M&A practice groups)
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian, fluency in other foreign languages, especially French, is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, research, and legal writing skills
• Desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth
• Self-motivating, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach, the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong knowledge of MS-Office, legal databases (Liga, etc.)
