Key duties:

• Advising clients on various projects with a focus on Energy and/or Real Estate related matters
• Analysis of judicial practice re Energy and Real Estate cases
• Drafting various legal documents, legal opinions, memorandums, etc.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Law from a reputable Ukrainian university
• Western LL.M is an advantage
• 3+ consecutive years of successful experience in Energy and/or Real Estate practice
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian
• Strong analytical abilities and outstanding technical and drafting skills
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, ownership, reliability, and proactiveness
• Self-motivating, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach, the ability to work independently and in a team
