Key requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a mid-level lawyer/associate an international company or a leading Ukrainian law firm (Dispute Resolution, White Collar Crime, Business Protection, Compliance)
• Experience in handling court cases and criminal proceedings
• Fluent English and Ukrainian
• Degree in law; LL.M from a foreign school would be an advantage
• Strong analytical and research skills, legal writing proficiency
• Client-focused attitude, ability to effectively multitask
• Intention to build a legal career in the long run

Main responsibilities:

• Advise the Firm's clients on a wide range of matters in the areas of business protection, sanctions, compliance and anti-corruption
• Represent clients in courts, state and local authorities
• Conduct legal researches
• Draft documents (memoranda, legal opinions, procedural documents)
• Coordinate the work of junior colleagues
