Key duties:

• Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with new (contacts after events, recovering old contacts) and current clients Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants. Explain how our solutions align with client’s pain points
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Planning and preparing presentations (PowerPoint)
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Attending local events and hosting own events on trending topics
• Keep abreast of best practices and trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:

• Business degree or related qualification
• Previous experience with CRM system
• Fluent English (B2 is a minimum)
• Well-developed communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
• Ability to learn fast
