O.Perepelynska’s seminar on International Arbitration in Kazakhstan has aroused a vital interest among lawyers

INTEGRITES Partner and head of the International arbitration practice in the CIS countries Olena Perepelynska held a two-day workshop “International arbitration: from drafting of an arbitration clause to enforcement of the award”, which was held in Almaty on 16-17 February 2017.

After a successful start in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, Olena Perepelynska has continued to give a series of seminars on commercial arbitration, this time in Kazakhstan. The organizer was the company Legal Practice in Central Asia.

The workshop was aimed to make participants familiar with the key principles and the best practices of successful dispute resolution by means of the international commercial arbitration, from drafting of an arbitration agreement and up to enforcement of the arbitral awards.

“The main positive aspect of the seminar is that the speaker is a practicing specialist in the field of international arbitration. Thus participants were able to get not just theoretical answers, but also to learn about the practical matters of the arbitration process”, – the workshop participant commented on.

Amongst the audience of the seminar were arbitrators, corporate lawyers, partners, senior associates and other listeners interested in international arbitration. Since the event sparked a very active and vital interest among lawyers from different parts of region and countries, Olena Perepelynska is going to continue her educational project.
