Olena Perepelynska acted as a speaker at the event “Sharing is Caring: Challenges and Best Practices of Arbitral Associations” held in Geneva

On May 10, Olena Perepelynska, Partner and Head of CIS Arbitration practice at INTEGRITES took part at the discussion devoted to contribution of bringing arbitration in the 21st century with other representatives of ASA, CFA, CEA, AIA, CEPANI, RAA, UAA and ArbitralWomen

As a President of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association (UAA) Olena Perepelynska told about the UAA activities aimed to  improve the arbitration legislation and court practice, educate young lawyers and students, promote ad hoc arbitration in Ukraine and create an information database on arbitration in Ukraine, including Ukrainian BITs, legislation, CaseDigest, Publications.

The second part of her speech was devoted to Russian Arbitration Association (RAA).  As RAA Board Member, Olena Perepelynska spoke about achievements and activities of the association in organizations, publications of arbitration books and monthly journal, Working Groups within RAA, On-line moot court competition etc.
