Olena Perepelynska took part in the LCIA in Ukraine: Introduction and Panel Discussion

On June 5, Olena Perepelynska, Partner and Head of CIS Arbitration practice at INTEGRITES took part in the first event co-hosted by LCIA and UAA held in Kyiv, Ukraine.
The second part of the event was held in interview style. Olena Perepelynska and Dr Jacomijn van Haersolte-van Hof, LCIA Director General discussed:
- constitution of tribunal
- arbitrators challenges
- the use of administrative secretaries
- impact of sanctions on arbitration
Olena Perepelynska talked about these issues in terms of arbitration in Ukraine and with the participation of the Ukrainian parties in other arbitration centers.
