Volodymyr Rudnychenko moderated the panel at the V All-Ukrainian Conference of Criminal Law and Trial

Volodymyr Rudnychenko, Counsel and Head of White-Collar Crime Practice at INTEGRITES, moderated the panel “New Procedural Opportunities” as part of “V All-Ukrainian Conference of Criminal Law and Trial”.

The discussion involved investigating judges Oksana Birsa and Larysa Tsokol as well as experts Oleksandr Krut and Sergiy Prokopenko. The participants of discussion told how the investigating judges work in current realities, which new opportunities and types of expertise are relevant in the criminal trial for today.
