Chambers Global 2020: INTEGRITES gets in top-3 Ukrainian firms in terms of lawyers ranked

Chambers Global recognizes INTEGRITES in 2020, ranking 5 individual experts in Dispute Resolution: International, Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance. This puts INTEGRITES in top-3 Ukrainian law firms in terms of lawyers ranked in the 2020 edition of the survey.

Based on the results of the newly released research, Dispute Resolution: International improves positions obtaining Band 3. The ranking mentions the team’s diverse track record acting for clients on international commercial and investment arbitration, advising on domestic matters including tax, commercial, IP and assisting with the enforcement of arbitral awards in Ukraine. The team is recognized as very active in cross-border litigation.

The ranking highlights two notable practitioners in this law area. This year Olena Perepelynska, Partner and Head of International Arbitration, moves up the list to obtain Band 2 for representing large Ukrainian companies in commercial arbitration cases. One source says that “She is very good, famous for arbitration”. 

Highly praised for inventive approach to problem solving, Dmytro Marchukov, Partner and Head of Cross-Border Litigation, takes Band 3 for Dispute Resolution: International. He has been involved in complex cross-border litigations relating to insolvency and suspected fraud as well as international arbitration related matters. One client says “I was impressed with his creativity and the way in which he always tries to think around the problem and find a solution”, adding that “The case was quite complex but he never said ‘no that’s impossible.’”

Having joined INTEGRITES in early 2019, Illya Tkachuk, Partner and Head of Corporate and M&A, proves his expertise, being recommended in Band 4 for Corporate/M&A in Ukraine for advising clients on day-to-day corporate governance, restructuring issues and transactions.
