Dmytro Marchukov, Partner at INTEGRITES, selected to SHIAC’s new panel of arbitrators

INTEGRITES is happy to announce that Dmytro Marchukov, Partner, Head of Cross-Border Litigation, has been included into the updated list of arbitrators of the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission’s (SHIAC).

The new SHIAC panel of arbitrators has been approved on 1 May 2018. The included arbitrators come from a total of 74 countries and regions around the world (13 more compared to SHIAC’s previous panel) including 36 countries along the Belt and Road, the massive infrastructure initiative unveiled by China in late 2013. The selection process was based on comprehensive consideration of the candidates’ qualifications, professional expertise, social influence, as well as case handling capacity. The new arbitrators’ panel of SHIAC is aimed to provide more choices for the parties and will be better adapted to the development trend of SHIAC’s international and professional arbitration practice.
