INTEGRITES announces admission to i-Talents 2021 – practical course for law students

INTEGRITES announces admission to the fourth annual i-Talents course. It will take place on September 9-11, 2021 as an intellectual battle: teams will compete for the first client in real time.

This year INTEGRITES introduces a new element to the program. It will be live panel sessions and interaction with the leading corporate legal experts from Nova Poshta, MHP, Farmak, Fozzy Group, Acino Ukraine, Ferrero Ukraine.

All registered students will get a chance to participate in a special online workshop on building the lawyer’s personal brand by Svitlana Romanova, Head of Legal at Metinvest.

2nd-6th year law students from the Ukrainian universities are invited to apply. Based on the results of the assessment by the expert commission, the best students will become eligible for a paid internship and opportunity to get employed with INTEGRITES.

Participants will learn:

• How beginners should build their career in law and what soft skills are critical to work on
• How to get new clients and sell legal services
• How to create competitive commercial offers
• How to keep a healthy work-life balance

The course includes a workshop on legal business development from the INTEGRITES expert – Senior partner Vyacheslav Korchev. Teams of practitioners specialized in antitrust, corporate, tax, banking and finance law, as well as dispute resolution and international arbitration will conduct master classes for students. They will help the participants in the battle to better understand the potential client’s legal issue, find a way to resolve and present it.

Presentations of projects will simulate real business meetings with perspective clients. The winner will be the team that better substantiates and presents a commercial offer and successfully solves a real case for a potential client.
