INTEGRITES has successfully represented major Ukrainian company specializing in the design and manufacturing of oil-filled power transformers and shunt reactors, in the arbitration proceedings against the Russian company before the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The dispute arose out of the client’s late payment for the supplied raw materials and revolved around complex and fact-specific criteria for reducing the contractual penalties. Our team has managed to advocate the 20-fold reduction of penalty as compared to the contractual rate.
