INTEGRITES improves its positions in Chambers Global 2021 moving up in Dispute Resolution: International

Chambers Global recognizes INTEGRITES in 2021, moving up the firm’s recognition in Dispute Resolution: International together with 3 individuals recognized in this practice. The ranking also recognizes 2 individuals in Corporate/M&A.

This year Dispute Resolution: International obtains Band 2 being especially noted for its track record in international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration disputes as well as cross-border litigation. The team advises clients on domestic matters including commercial and shareholder disputes as well as assists with the enforcement of arbitral awards.

The ranking highlights three notable practitioners in this law area. This year Olena Perepelynska, Partner and Head of International Arbitration, proves her position by being ranked as Band 2 for her sound experience in both cross-border litigation and international arbitration cases. She assists domestic and international clients with a wide array of matters. She also acts as an arbitrator. “She explained all the positives and negatives of our situation, it was an expert analysis”, –  a client reports.

Dmytro Marchukov, Partner and Head of Cross-Border Litigation, takes Band 3 for his work on cross-border litigation matters which span multiple jurisdictions, including Cyprus and the BVI. Two partners were ranked in the Corporate/M&A section – Illya Tkachuk and Dr. Julian Ries. Illya Tkachuk, Partner and Head of Corporate and M&A, proves his expertise, being recommended in Band 4 for Corporate/M&A in Ukraine for assisting clients with restructuring issues as well as corporate governance and transactions.
