INTEGRITES launches a new German Desk that will coordinate work with German companies in the Central Asian region

International Law Firm INTEGRITES broadens its activity via a new German Desk in Kazakhstan aimed to serve the needs of German speaking companies in Kazakhstan and in the Central Asian region. The German Desk will be located in Almaty.

The new counsel of the company Alexander Shtel will head the team specialized in working with international branches of German companies which operates in the CIS countries (German Desk). Thus, INTEGRITES develops a new direction to strengthen the company’s position on the international market and focus on the work with Western companies.

Mr. Shtel’s experience includes representation of the largest international and national companies from various sectors of the economy, including the aviation industry, energy and banking in spheres of corporate law, M&A and general commercial issues. In addition, Mr. Shtel has considerable experience in tax matters.

Prior joining INTEGRITES, Mr. Shtel worked as an attorney in Germany and Belarus: he was a member of Rödl & Partner (Minsk, Belarus) and K & L Gates LLP (Frankfurt, Germany), where he gained significant experience and professional expertise in corporate and tax law.
