INTEGRITES listed in TOP-50 most innovative law firms in Europe according to Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Europe Report 2019

INTEGRITES has been listed 36th in TOP 50 Most Innovative Law Firms in Europe, according to the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Europe* Report 2019. The firm became one of the three Ukrainian law firms recognized by the ranking.

The following project work led by INTEGRITES received recognition in the ranking:

• INTEGRITES has been highly commended in Creating a New Standard category with the case led by

the Antitrust and Competition practice for PJSC FARMAK. The case featured successful appeal to the anti-monopoly authority in Ukraine and argument for the recognition of a domestic medical substances market for antihistamine precursors used by FARMAK to make allergy medication Diazolin.

Supervised by counsel at Antitrust and Competition department Serhiy Shershun, the team included associate Anna Garbar.

• INTEGRITES has been commended in Accessing New Markets and Capital category with the Syvash

case led by the Energy and Natural Resources team for the Norwegian wind farm developer NBT. The case envisaged securing funding for the construction of the Syvash wind farm in southern Ukraine, the first non-recourse financing project in alternative energy in Ukraine.

This year FT Innovative Lawyers Awards Europe received 750 submissions and nominations from over 163 law firms, legal service providers and other organizations from Europe. Entries have been scored for originality, leadership and impact.
