INTEGRITES acted as a legal counsel to Ukrainian payment system ‘LEO” during its transformation to international.

The firm’s services included drafting the rules for international payment systems and negotiations with the NBU.

The payment system “LEO” has become the fourth international payment system of 14 registered in Ukraine with a non-bank financial institutions as a payment organizations.
