INTEGRITES advises Scatec Solar on financing and construction of 54 MW solar PV plant in BoguslavNews/Projects

INTEGRITES acts as a legal counsel to Scatec Solar on all aspects of the financing and construction of 54 MW solar PV plant in Boguslav, Kyiv region. The total investment reaches EUR 54 million, EUR 38 million of which will be provided by the Dutch development bank FMO, Green for Growth Fund and GIEK (providing an unfunded credit guarantee).
