INTEGRITES Tax and Customs Law Practice team has successfully defended the interests of one of the top manufacturers of corrugated cardboard products in a tax dispute with the Main Department of the State Fiscal Service in Kherson Oblast, Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol related to the application of transfer pricing methods and methodology.

Kherson District Administrative Court ruled as unlawful and reversed all four tax notices – decisions for the amount of nearly UAH 16,000,000.

As a result, additional charges of large amounts of tax liabilities and application of penalties against the plaintiff were recognized as illegal, and also the pricing of the products of the plaintiff was confirmed.
