INTEGRITES protected interests of one of the leading Ukrainian producers of sunflower seed and rapeseed oil in UAH 25 mln tax dispute

Tax and Customs practice at INTEGRITES protected interests of one of the leading Ukrainian producers of sunflower seed and rapeseed oil in a tax dispute against the Office of Major Taxpayers of the State Tax Service. The firm’s lawyers succeeded to win the case in favour of the client at the court of the first instance.

The background of the case includes allegations used by the tax authority to recognize certain business transactions of the client on purchase of sunflower seeds and rapeseeds fictitious. INTEGRITES team presented well-grounded and sufficient evidence to prove the opposite.

The defense strategy developed by lawyers resulted in the cancellation of the UAH 25 million tax assessment notices by the court of first instance.
