INTEGRITES successfully defended the client in 5 litigations for the total amount of UAH 45 million

INTEGRITES attorneys successfully represented the interests of the national operator for the maintenance of commercial equipment in 5 litigations with counterparties to collect debts for contractual services. The total amount of debt was UAH 45 million. As a result of the team work of the firm’s domestic litigation practice, consisted of Counsel Alexander Pashchenko and Senior associate Yuri Sivovna, the parties reached an agreement on favorable terms for the client, which include not only the repayment of debt, but also the reimbursement of client’s expenses.
