INTEGRITES successfully defended the large holding in criminal proceedings against its management

White-Collar Crime Practice team of INTEGRITES successfully defended the client’s interests, the large holding involved in an infrastructural municipal project in Ukraine, in criminal proceedings against its management.

The team, represented by Counsel Volodymyr Rudnychenko and Junior Associate Alina Kylymenchuk, achieved the closure of the criminal proceedings initiated on the fact of the criminal offense provided for in Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. As a result, criminal proceedings were closed; the reputational risks, as well as excessive interference of the authorities in the Holding’s activities, were eliminated.
