INTEGRITES successfully represented the leading private natural gas producer operating in Ukraine

INTEGITES Antitrust & Competition team, represented by Pavlo Loginov (Counsel) and Bohdan Ilchenko (Associate) under the supervision of Vyacheslav Korchev (Senior Partner) acted as a legal counsel to the leading private natural gas producer operating in Ukraine during the acquisition of another leading oil and gas Ukrainian company.

The team conducted antimonopoly due diligence of the Client’s structure, provided legal opinion on Ukrainian merger clearance requirements, as well as conducted in-depth analysis of the market shares of the parties, estimated consequences and influence of the potential deal on Ukrainian gas market.

The team drafted an application on merger clearance and provided the Antimonopoly Committee with the relevant economic justification of the proposed deal. The deal was successfully completed and the AMCU’s approval was obtained.
