Lawyers of Banking & Finance Practice at INTEGRITES accompanied Turkeximbank on the financing of the Ukrainian bank Credit West

The international law firm INTEGRITES acted as a Ukrainian legal advisor to Turkeximbank in a deal to finance the Ukrainian bank Credit West. Crediting was provided with the aim to finance Ukrainian imports from Turkey. The total amount of the transaction was $ 750,000.

Within the project, the INTEGRITES team, namely Viktoria Fomenko, Counsel, and Elena Savchuk, lawyer, conducted a comprehensive analysis of the project documentation and transaction-related risks, as well as due diligence of the borrower, providing legal support to fulfill all the conditions necessary for the start of financing.
