Amendments to the Conventions on avoidance of double taxation

The season of amendments to the Conventions on avoidance of double taxation has started! Pursuant to obligations undertaken by Ukraine to implement the BEPS plan, the Government amends the Conventions with the most widespread jurisdictions as well as adopts and ratifies the new ones.
Ukraine has already have more than 70 Conventions on avoidance of double taxation and it is rather challenging to keep a track of all amendments to them.
