Andrey Ryabinin, Partner and Ayvar Malikov, associate (both dispute resolution practice), spoke about the impact of the new chapter on business (Chapter 47.1) the civil code RF, which entered into force on 01 July 2018, devoted to the legal regulation of the escrow agreement (escrow). In particular, the article deals with the main characteristics of this agreement, as well as a comparison with institutions close to the escrow agreement on the legal nature, as well as the prospects for the application of this contractual structure.
