INTEGRITES informs: Lending revival expected in Ukraine with adoption of a new law

Last month the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Restoration of Lending” (hereinafter the “Law”).

The Law introduces a range of substantial changes related to lending and securing creditors’ claims and aims to reduce risks for creditors, especially banks, providing lending to customers.
