Public policy in the Ukrainian legislation and court practice on recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards (Russian version only)

Olena Perepelynska, Partner and Head of the CIS Arbitration Practice at INTEGRITES told about formation of an increasingly pro-arbitration Ukrainian court practice of resorting to the “public policy” category in the context of recognizing and enforcing foreign arbitral awards on the territory of Ukraine.
