Key Requirements

• 3 + years of experience as an associate with an international or a leading Ukrainian law firm (Corporate and M&A practice groups)
• Degree in law; LL.M from a foreign school would be an advantage
• Fluent English and Ukrainian, German advanced
• Strong analytical and research skills, legal writing proficiency
• Client-focused attitude, ability to effectively multitask
• Intention to build a legal career in the long run

Main responsibilities

• Advise the Firm's clients on a wide range of matters in the areas of corporate M&A (including corporate management, direct reorganization, privatization, direct investments, joint ventures etc.)
• Interaction with state registrars and other authorities, organization of work with notaries
• Work on legal due diligence reviews
• Legal research and drafting (reports, legal opinions)
• Participation in cross-practice projects
