Main responsibilities

• Legal research and drafting (memoranda, legal opinions, presentations, summaries, comments, etc.)
• Contractual work and support of closing client deals
• Facilitating internal documents flow, and internal and external communications
• Support of the senior lawyers on ongoing matters
• Participation in cross-practice projects
• Direct client communication, both local and international
• Project management, time tracking and supervision / mentoring of junior lawyers

Key requirements

• Higher education in Law from a reputable Ukrainian university; Western LL.M is an advantage
• Admission to the Ukrainian bar
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in banking and finance practice
• Excellent command of Ukrainian and English language (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical abilities and outstanding technical and drafting skills
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, reliability, and proactiveness
• Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach, ability to work independently and as part of a team
