Dmytro Marchukov spoke at the Asset Recovery Americas 2018

Dmytro Marchukov, partner at INTEGRITES, spoke at the Asset Recovery Americas, which was held by Knect365 in New York on September 24 and 25, 2018.

The event was devoted to fraud litigation, enforcement, contentious insolvency and various other matters, which become relevant within multi-jurisdictional asset recovery proceedings. Mr Marchukov participated in the panel discussion about preservation of the respondents’ assets for the purposes of subsequent enforcement. Together with the other panel participants Dmytro made a comparison of freezing and similar relief available to the creditors in different jurisdictions and explained the challenges of recognising in Ukraine the interim relief granted abroad.

The two-day conference, which is part of the worldwide fraud series organized by Knect365, brought together over 50 expert speakers from across the globe who shared their in-depth guidance and recommendations based on the diverse expertise and background.
