Victoria Melnychenko delivered a lecture at Legal High School

Victoria Melnychenko, Head of Agro&Food and Compliance practices at INTEGRITES delivered a lecture “Electronic evidence” for the audience of Litigation Practice School of Legal High School.

Taking into account that the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings  of Ukraine and other legislative acts” was amended with the para “Electronic evidence”, the application of such evidence at the current stage of court practice is very important. During the lecture Victoria Melnychenko told about the peculiarities to use electronic evidence such as correspondence through messengers, or e-mails, during legal proceeding and illustrated the dynamics of the court’s response to their application on real examples.
