07.02.2020

Olena Perepelynska, partner and head of the CIS Arbitration at INTEGRITES, became member of the working group on the Russian translation of the Code of Best Arbitration Practices by the Spanish Arbitration Club (Club Español del Arbitraje or CEA).

Together with Olena Perepelynska, the group included Galina Zukova (ZUKOVA Legal, France), Elina Mereminskaya (Wagemann Lawyers & Engineers, Chile) and Yulia Polyakina (YP-Consulting, Cyprus).

Originally developed in Spanish, the Code is a selection of recommendations for arbitration institutions and other participants in the arbitration process: arbitrators, lawyers, experts and donors. The purpose of the Code is to raise the standards of independence, impartiality, transparency and professionalism in international arbitration, which, as a result, will strengthen public trust in arbitration as a method of dispute resolution.
