INTEGRITES became partner of REN Power Ukraine 2020, the 3rd Renewable Energy & Power Infrastructure Investors Conference which took place in Kyiv Jan 30, 2020.
The event gathered key stakeholders including representatives of the Government and international finance institutions, policy makers, international and local developers, independent power producers, manufacturers and service providers.
This year the focus at REN Power Conference has been on the perspectives for the renewable energy sector related to the newly introduced legislative changes with respect to the feed-in-tariff, PPAs and the auction mechanism.
The panelists discussed the future of the energy mix of Ukraine’s power sector, summarized the first six months of the new electricity market, and covered trends in new technology for energy accumulation and balancing capacities.
Managing partner at INTEGRITES Oleksiy Feliv presented the expertise of the firm in the field, both as a legal counsel and an active contributor to the industrial policy making.
“The future of many projects in the alternative power generation now largely depends on the coherence of the Government’s course towards stabilizing the situation on the RES market. As a legal advisor to the largest developers of renewable energy producing facilities in Ukraine, INTEGRITES is ready to facilitate the dialogue between investors and the Government regarding the restructuring of the feed-in-tariff and other conditions necessary for the sustainable development of the sector”, he commented.
