INTEGRITES introduces CFC rules in Ukraine to business

On October 20, 2020, INTEGRITES Tax and Customs practice team held an event on the CFC rules in Ukraine. The participants, business owners and top managers, received practical recommendations on risks to be considered due to the new rules and on how to develop a BD strategy with respect to these rules.

Speakers, Partner and Head of practice Viktoriya Fomenko, Senior Associate Oleg Kotliar, Associates Victoriia Shvydchenko and Vitaly Labadin, covered the following issues:

Inter alia, the Law introduces CFC rules in Ukraine and affects the taxation of the Ukrainian individuals and legal entities which own structures abroad. Therefore we, experts in tax law, had a task to explain these changes to the business community and help to get ready for a new reality”.*
